LibSM is a library for session management in X11 graphical server. It
is impossible to use it on HPC cluster: there are no
keybords/mouses/monitors/etc. The right solution of this problem is to
configure your software properly, without X11 support at all.

If LibSM will be installed, it will not work.

LibSM requires Python3.5, wich is not available on Basov and Unicluster
without major upgrade of all installed software. It requires about
month of downtime. Major upgrade is scheduled for Debian10 release.
Estimated time - this summer.
