Семенович Тимошин, или попросту Лаврик, — молодой, перспективный,
но очень тревожный кандидат наук. Уже не первый год он
разрабатывает лекарство от страха. Главным образом — от своего
собственного. Ректор института Богомолов, который уже давно
занимает эту должность, хочет уступить свой пост молодому
поколению, и Лаврик — лучшая кандидатура. Только станет ли эта
должность благом для Лаврика и позволит ли она все-таки завершить
его исследование?</p>
